Vuyanzi Rodman
Vuyanzi is an affiliate learning and development professional and coach with NJE Consulting. She is certified in Life, Career, and Executive Coach and holds a Master’s in Adult Education and Training. Her career has been a thread of experiences across higher education, executive and career coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational training.
With a background as a professor and deep experience in training and development, Vuzanzy brings a strong emphasis on virtual and remote learning environments. Her coaching blends executive presence with a consultative approach to support professionals navigating leadership growth, career transition, communication, and complex workplace dynamics.
In addition to developing leadership-focused curriculum, she has facilitated group coaching and leadership development experiences that incorporate Socratic methods and mastermind approaches designed to strengthen reflection, communication, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving. Her work has also included facilitating organizational coaching and performance-focused training for human resource professionals, including sessions centered on coaching culture, emotional intelligence, real-time feedback, performance conversations, and the shift from traditional supervision toward inquiry-based leadership.
Her work is grounded in helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, strengthen communication, build trust, and operate with greater clarity and alignment within evolving organizational environments. She is especially drawn to partnerships that prioritize values-aligned leadership, constructive communication, accountability, and cultures where people can work through differing perspectives in meaningful and practical ways.
N. Janice Essien
Janice is a People and Culture executive, human resources strategist, organizational development practitioner, diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion professional, and ICF Associate Certified Coach with more than 15 years of experience building people systems that honor both mission and humanity.
As the founder of NJE Consulting, LLC, Janice partners with mission-driven, advocacy-focused, and intersectional organizations to strengthen the systems, practices, and relationships that help people and organizations thrive. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, care, equity, and practical implementation. She is known for creating clear, usable, values-aligned tools that support growth, accountability, belonging, and sustainable impact.
Janice’s work includes equitable policy and practice development, compensation and benefits strategy, recruitment and onboarding, HR technology implementation, wellness-centered practices, coaching and mentoring programs, leadership development, performance management, team member relations, and organizational change. She brings deep experience working across remote, multi-state, international, and cross-cultural environments, with a strong ability to translate complex people and culture needs into systems that are clear, humane, and actionable

Beyond consulting and coaching, I’m also the Founder and Creative Director of a global fashion brand, and I serve as the Executive Director of my family’s foundation, which honors the legacy of my parents. I love God, nature, designing clothing and decor, and slow traveling.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, and certifications in HR, coaching, and DEIB, including PHR, SHRM-CP, and ACC.
Ayanya F. McKanney
Ayana Foluke McKanney, MSW, LCSW, is an affiliate coach with NJE Consulting. She possesses 27 years of service spanning public, private, and non-profit sectors. Inspired by community-building and systemic advocacy, her career specializes in driving alignment where structural systems and human behaviors intersect. Ayana's leadership model focuses on addressing systemic "grit" to establish sustainable workplace "grace," guiding corporate executives internationally through burnout and high-friction terrains.
Recognizing that the workplace is a network of diverse human nervous systems communicating. Ayana deploys her proprietary MANIFEST methodology to transform dynamics beyond HR checklists.
MANIFEST translates advanced clinical modalities (DBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed Care) into real-time operational leadership habits.
