Who am I

I’m Nnene Janice Essien, a Human Resources/People Operations, organizational development, and culture-focused executive, coach, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) practitioner with over 15 years of experience implementing strategies that make a real impact.

Beyond consulting and coaching, I’m also the Founder and Creative Director of a global fashion brand, and I serve as the Executive Director of my family’s foundation, which honors the legacy of my parents. I love God, nature, designing clothing and decor, and slow traveling.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, and certifications in HR, coaching, and DEIB, including PHR, SHRM-CP, and ACC.
