Who am I

Nnene Janice Essien is a Human Resources/ People Operations, organizational development, coach, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion executive with over 15 years of experience in implementing strategies that make an impact.

She deeply believes in the importance of developing emotional intelligence, fostering effective, empathic and transparent relationships, honoring the uniqueness of our humanity, self-awareness, continuous learning/re-learning and development and wellness as keys to success.

Beyond consulting and coaching, she is the Founder and Creative Director of a global fashion brand and serves as the Executive Director of her family’s foundation that honors the legacy of her parents. She loves God, nature, designing clothing and decor, and slow traveling. Janice holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Work, a Masters of Science in Human Resources Development and certifications in HR, coaching and DEIB - PHR, SHRM-CP, ACC.
